Happy New Year, as we welcome in the newness that is to unfold for us all. There is a lot that is changing, and in this space of change, there is also a lot to let go of and fully release so we may welcome in the new life of our choosing. We are currently shifting from the old paradigm, and stepping ever so slowly into the new. For some this can be incredibly frustrating as we are so ready to experience more bliss, more joy, more peace, and NOW. However, we are reminded, that patience is a virtue, and taking our time is very necessary in order to create the best life moving forward. For we will want to take the time to really let go of any lingering fears, to let go of people within our lives that no longer serve us, to let go of the deep seated wounds, victim stories and pain that has held us back for so long. If we don’t take the time to deal with what is coming up, then we will just re-create the same story, over and over again. So we must do the good work to really face the heavier emotions and pains that are arising, so that we can clear the slate to walk into the new paradigm, the New Earth, with more freedom, ease, joy and grace. Really take the time to sit in stillness to see what heavy emotional feels are coming in for you, so you may find the root cause of it all and let it go for good.

Honor this process, and trust that as things may be seemingly moving slow, it is for your benefit to really purge and clean your interior closet of all the junk. A constant visual that my guides/angels have been showing me, is that we are floating down a gentle stream in a flat wooden type boat, where our guides are taking us ever so gently to the place that we need to be. And while we are within the boat we get to fully take the time to SEE ourselves, to learn to LOVE ourselves, to find HONOR and RESPECT for ourselves, and to learn from all that has occurred within our life up to this point. For some we may be tempted to jump overboard and swim forward trying to see what lies ahead, or maybe even to swim upstream wishing we would have done things differently. However either way we swim, we can’t see as clearly and we end up exhausted and crawling back within the boat, awaiting our guides to show us the next turn. This is for our benefit, and we must trust that our guides are taking us to the best place for us to be. So while you are waiting, take the time to enjoy the present moment, and clean house as it arises. Another thing my guides/angels have been sharing with me, is this simple nursery rhyme:

Row, row row your boat, gently down the stream
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream…

Which always brings a smile to my face, it’s so simple, yet so profound. So sit back, enjoy the ride, and when the heaviness comes in to greet you, know that after you release this darkness that the light will shine even brighter within you, and that this journey will be so worth it! Sending lots of love!

Many Blessings,

Sara
